Pattern Drawing Stop Motion

Draft 1 of stop motion captured with a copy stand. Approximately 15 to 18 hours of work. Still more shooting needed (dots are not complete), and minor editing where the camera shifts and the color tone changes unexpectedly.

  1. could change order in which the marks/lines are made/drawn, so as to render them unpredictable... that is, instead of left to right, and right to left, random... so that at the beginning, one isn't sure what is going on, what pattern is being made... this could be done either during making or (theoretically, at least) in post production.

"where the camera shifts and the color tone changes" are important aspects of the quality of this work, for this viewer.

these lines are drawn how, with what marking device(s)?
