More Footage

On Thursday I was thinking about the video I showed in class and the process, and came to the question of why I am shooting new footage for each video? Over the weekend I shot 12 different patterns, that I will use and try reusing.

An idea for Ari & lots of songs

Wild idea for Ari maybe, what if you responded to one song each of us sends you and created a pattern animation off of it? It'd be a way to play with and incorporate sound, emotion, repetition, and so on based on one particular person and their music taste. Since you know us fairly well, maybe it could also influence the patterns you make, the colors you use, how aggressive or soft you make it. I figured I'd post it here instead of emailing in case others had thoughts on this idea.

Side note, sorry it's a lot. I got excited. I had to force myself to stop.

Huge Etching Plan With Seperated Layers

Plate size 13"x18", cut into 4 (or more sections) depending on how many separate drawn layers there are in a pattern. One "layer" would be visual in each section.
